GfA 18th & 19th April 2026

EJB will be entering individuals for this event. There are levels 1-8 and gymnasts will be placed in an appropriate level. You will need to be available for both days as we will not know which day we will be allocated before the entry deadline. There will be a cost of £40 to enter.

Club Championships – Sunday 5th July 2026

This is for every gymnast in EJB. There will be a cost to enter. It will be held in the McGowan Hall at Habs Boys. There will be three groups –

10am – 12noon for Reception, Year 1, 2 & 3

12noon – 2pm for Year 4 & 5

2pm – 5pm for Year 6 and all seniors

DISNEY AT HOME

11th October 2026 in The Medburn

This is open to every single member of the club. Everyone will have the option to sign up to this competition if they wish to compete. The gymnasts may perform a solo and/ a duo and they may all be Disney themed. There will be marks awarded on the following categories-

• content – what gym skills they do
• execution – how technically accurate each gym skill is performed
• choreography
• performance
• overall impression – including costume

Times:- 

10am – 12noon for gymnasts aged between 5 and 9years. PRIMARY

12noon-2pm for gymnasts aged between 10 and 13years. JUNIOR

2pm – 4pm for gymnasts aged over 13years. SENIOR

Gymnasts will be expected to work on the choreography and costumes at home and will be able to practise their routines in their gym session. They can start practising now! Sign up and (small) entry fee will be in September!

This is because we are not going to Disneyland Paris this year, but I thought we could make our own fun event here – much cheaper too!

GYM DISPLAY – SUNDAY 5TH DECEMBER

This display is for every single member of the club, to showcase all that they have learnt in their gym sessions. We will have a variety of individual and short group routines, some vaulting and tumbling. Winners of our Disney competition will be invited to perform their routines in the display.
